A $300.00 per person deposit is required to secure a firm hunting or lodge reservation date. Deposit will be credited against game fee only. All lodging and game fees for harvested animals must be paid in full prior to departure. Acceptable forms of payment see: hunting fees All guests and hunters must complete a liability release immediately upon arriving at the Ranch and before hunting holding the Ranch and its associates harmless and agreeing to Ranch rules and policies. All hunters must possess a current Texas Hunting License as well as valid identification.All hunters and guests must be U.S. citizens or in country legally. All hunters and guests must be in good health. All persons entering the Ranch who are deemed by the ranch manager to be potentially contagious with any flu symptoms or other virus symptoms will not be allowed to remain on ranch. Such persons will have the opportunity to reschedule their hunts on the next open dates. No alcohol will be provided by the ranch. However you may bring your own alcohol for consumption after all hunts have been concluded at the end of each day and all firearms have been unloaded and safely stored. No hunting will be allowed by anyone deemed judgmentally impaired even if only slightly. All hunts begin at noon on the first day and end at noon on the third or fourth day unless prior arrangements are made. Once the first shot is taken on your game, it is considered and counted as a kill whether or not the animal is found or gets away. Positively no smoking allowed inside any building or hunting blind or in the field at any time. Smoking is allowed adjacent to the lodge on the patio/seating area. All cigarette butts must be properly disposed of into trash containers. Positively no pets allowed on the Ranch at any time. Positively no loud, obnoxious, or abusive language will be tolerated on the Ranch at any time for any reason. Positively no littering anywhere. No firearms target practice on the Ranch at any time unless pre-approved by the ranch manager. All shots fired will be considered as game shot at and taken. All target shooting will be done in designated area near lodge. All rules and policies will be enforced and administered at the sole discretion of the ranch manager. Failure to abide fully with any ranch rules or policies will be sufficient reason for hunt cancellation without refund. CANCELLATION POLICY Should you experience extreme inclement weather during your hunt dates, or experience serious direct or indirect health related issues leading to the cancellation of your scheduled hunt, you will be allowed to reschedule during the same season or next available open days. All hunts that are canceled because of inclement weather by the ranch manager will be relayed to you at the earliest possible opportunity and you will be given the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund. No other refunds will be given for any other reasons.
